Is this some sort of quick fix or crash diet?
No! This is a sane approach to long-term weight loss using cognitive behavior change. In short, you’re going to learn how to effectively respond to the thoughts that try to convince you to eat when you’re not even hungry. There are no crazy shakes, tasteless bars, or military-type exercises. In fact, as long as you follow a sensible diet plan, ANY diet will work on this program. We can talk more about this on our first call.
Will I be on my own during the 8-weeks? What if I have questions or need motivation?

“Change Your Weigh” is centered around a core New York Times Bestselling 6-week program. There is a week in the beginning where we lay the important groundwork for the next 6 weeks. The 6 core weeks are carefully structured for establishing necessary habit change for weight loss. Then a week at the end helps us wrap up what we’ve learned over the previous weeks. This brings us to a total of 8 weeks!
You’ll learn how to respond to sabotaging thoughts and overcome challenges no matter where you’re starting from. Cravings will start to diminish. You’ll gain confidence and have more energy!
